How long does it take to heat up the oven?

We recommend to allow 2 hours to heat up the oven but usually it takes just over 1 hour.

What kind of wood can I use with the pizza oven?

We supply you with enough wood for at least 3 hours of cooking, if you were to use more wood most hard woods are the best.

Are there instructions for cooking the pizzas – like cooking temperature and cooking times?

Yes, there are instruction booklets with the oven.

What is the width of the oven?

The exact width of the oven on the trailer is 1800mm wide.

Can I do dessert pizzas?

Yes, we are more than happy to make any pizzas that is requested.

How much does it cost for children to eat?

Children under 7 are free, children from 7-12 are half price.

Do you cater for gluten free?

We can cater for gluten free at a additional cost.
